摘要 简述了凝结水溶解氧超标的危害。分析了大唐托克托发电有限责任公司(托电)600MW直接空冷机组凝结水溶解氧的超标情况,认为引起溶解氧超标的主要原因为:空气漏入真空系统、机组真空变化快、机组负荷高、凝结水过冷度大等。结合托电实际情况,对空冷凝结水回水除氧设备和系统进行了改造,解决了凝结水溶解氧超标的问题。 The harmfulness of dissolved oxygen in the condensate has been briefly expounded. The situation of surpassing standard set for dissolved oxygen in the condensate of 600 MW direct air -cooled unit in Tuoketuo Power Generation Co Ltd has been analysed. It is believed from analysis that the main causes resulting in surpassing standard set for dissolved oxygen are as follows:air leaked into the vacuum system, variation of vacuum in the unit, heavy load of the unit, and high degree of condensate supercooling etc.. Combined with actual situation in Tuoketuo Power Generation Co Ltd, the deaerator equipment and system of return water from air - cooled condensate have been retrofitted, solving the problem of surpassing standard set for dissolved oxygen in the condensate.
