二氧化铈纳米棒修饰玻碳电极的制备及其对芦丁的检测 被引量:1

摘要 本文合成了CeO2纳米棒,并对其进行XRD和TEM表征,将制备的CeO2纳米棒修饰到玻碳电极上,并采用电化学方法对修饰电极进行了考察,同时研究了芦丁在该修饰电极上的电化学行为,实验表明,该修饰电极对芦丁有较好的电催化作用.用示差脉冲伏安法(DPV)对芦丁进行了测定,研究发现在1.0×10-6-5.0×10-4mol/L之间芦丁在该修饰电极上的ipa与其浓度有良好的线性关系,其线性回归方程为ip(μA)=0.2263+0.3307c(μmol/L),相关系数r=0.9949.检测限为1.0×10-7mol/L. CeO2 nanorods were synthesized, and subsequetly charaterized by XRD and TEM. Glassy carbon electrode (C-CE) was modified with CeO2 nanotrods. The Nyquist plots was employed to characterize the modified electrode. The electrochemical behavior of rutin on the modified electrode was investigated and it was found that the modified electrode has an obvious electrocatalitic effect on rutin. We investigated the determination of rutin on the modified electrode by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). Linear calibration curve was obtained in the range of 1.0×10^-6 - 5.0 ×10^-4mol/L in 0. 1mol/L phosphate buffer solution (PBS) (pH= 6.5), with a coefficient of r= 0. 9949. The detection limit was 1 ×10^-7mol/L.
