随着我国城市建设快速发展,现有的城市布局及商业类公用建筑的规模已不适应其需求,通过对现有房屋进行改造是一条可持续发展之路。房屋建筑改造必然涉及到改造加固施工质量的检查验收。文章结合某大型商业建筑的续建改造加固工程的实践,研究提出工程施工质量验收方法及建议。

With the rapid development of city construction, existing layout of city and scope of commercial public building are not fit for their requirements, reconstructing existing building is a sustainable development way. It is inevitable that the process of reconstructing building involve in acceptance of reconstruction and consolidation engineering construction quality. On the basis of reconstruction and consolidation engineering of a large commercial building, this paper research and suggest the method of acceptance of reconstruction and consolidation engineering construction quality.
