摘要
加强施工合同管理是控制施工阶段工程造价的主要措施。结合工程案例,分析施工合同管理的各阶段中对工程造价控制产生影响的关键因素,提出依法严格施工合同管理应把握的重要环节,把工作做在平时,达到主动控制的效果,从而减少工程竣工结算中的争议,确保有效控制结算价款。
The construction contract management is the main measure to control project cost in construction. With project cases, this paper analyzes those key factors which would influence project cost control in every phase of contract management, shows that to manage construction contract strictly by law should hold those important parts, try to do the work well every day and achieve active control, so as to reduce disputes in construction project settlement and ensure settlement price in effect.
