通过分析WTO框架下贸易与竞争政策议题的提出依据、进展情况和各成员方立场,指出在WTO框架下建立竞争政策国际协调机制将是一个必然趋势,预测WTO框架下贸易与竞争政策议题谈判的前景,提出我国参与谈判的立场。

Through analyzing the reason, the process and the respective standpointof each member in propo- sing trade and competitive polices in the framework of the WTO, point out that it will be an inevitable trend to establish the international coordination mechanism of competitive policy in the framework of the WTO, anticipate the prospect of the negociation, and propose China＇s standpoint.
