围堰防渗采用高喷灌浆与砼防渗墙结合法

摘要 蜀河电站二期围堰堰基防渗,采用高压喷射防渗墙与砼防渗墙相结合的方式,解决了砼防渗墙施工工期较长,不能满足二期截流围堰工期要求及一期高喷防渗墙效果的难题。经开挖及初期抽排水验证,采用该方法进行处理后,围堰防渗部位形成了一堵胶结密实的防渗板墙,达到了预期目的,确保了二期截流围堰闭气一次成功。 In seepage control project of phase Ⅱ cofferdams in Shuhe power plan, the tradition concrete cutoff wall is taking too long to satisfy the time limit of phase Ⅱ closure and cofferdam construction. Therefore, the method of high-pressure jet grouting combined with concrete cutoff wall is applied in seepage control of phase Ⅱ cofferdams in Shuhe power plant, it not only solves the difficulty above, but also compensates for the problem that high-pressure jet cut off wall do not act well in phase Ⅰ project. Verified by excavation and early water pumping and drainage,with this method,a firm plank wall of seepage prevention is formed in cofferdam section, which has achieved the desired result to ensure the anti-seepage success of phase Ⅱ closure and cofferdam.
