有机-无机杂化材料对纸质文献保护的应用研究

摘要 利用甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)进行自由基聚合,合成了一种丙烯酸树脂,树脂由于引进了羟基具有反应活性。将树脂溶于乙醇中,与正硅酸乙酯进行水解反应,制得有机-无机杂化材料。并用这种杂化材料对纸张进行处理,抗张强度测试表明,处理过后的纸张与未处理纸张相比,机械性能有了明显的提高。从SEM图片中可以看出,杂化材料附着于纤维素之间,形成网络结构,从而使纸张的强度得到提高。 In this article, a type of acrylic resin with methyl methacrylate(MMA), butyl acrylate(BA) hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA) was polymerized by using free radical solution method. The resin had become reactive because of the introduction of hydroxyl group. The resin was then dissolved in ethanol to further react with tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS), forming a type of organic-inorganic heterocompound. This organic-inorganic heterocompound was then applied on paper sheets. Tensile tests showed that tensile strength of the paper after treatment was greatly increased, comparing to the original paper. As can be seen from the SEM pictures, the heterocompound formed a network with the cellulose of paper, which was the reason that the tensile strength improved.
