摘要 油气田钻井作业每天都要产生大量的废弃泥浆,如果钻井废弃泥浆不经过合理的处理或处置,会污染土壤和水源,危害环境。废弃钻井泥浆的固化处理技术是实现其无害化处理的主要方法之一。论文研究以现场低密度深井钻井废弃泥浆为对象,开展固化处理技术研究。通过实验研究,选择了合适的固化处理剂以及固化处理助剂,优化了固化处理工艺条件。通过正交实验,确定固化最佳配方为:14%水泥+3%HB+2%Shim+4%石灰。 Daily oil and gas drilling operations produdced massive drilling waste, which was not treated with reasonable disposal. Vegetation would be serious damaged. Soil and water would aslo be polluted and endanger the environment. Drilling waste solidification technology was one of the methods to make the drilling wastes innoxious. Low-density deep well drilling waste was researched to study the solidification technology. Through experimental research, a suitable additive was selected, and the treatment condition optimized. With crossing experiment, the best formulation was: 14 % cement +3 %HB+2 %Shim+4 % lime.
