离子色谱测定磷肥生产过程中大气污染物中的氟化氢 被引量:3

摘要 用DX-120型离子色谱仪,以3.5 mmol/LNa2CO3和1.0 mmol/LNaHCO3混合液作为淋洗液,淋洗流量1.2mL/min,进样量25μL,仪器压力2000Psi,温度10~25℃,测定磷肥生产过程中大气污染物中的氟化氢。该方法的检出限为10μg/L,在0.10、0.50、1.00、1.50、2.00 mg/L浓度下进行精密度试验,RSD分别为2.54%,1.15%,2.07%,2.37%,1.98%,回收率为96.0%~102.0%。试验表明该方法操作简便、快速、准确,可避免其他阴离子及卤素和含卤酸盐离子的干扰。用离子色谱测定作业场所空气中氟化氢是较为理想的检测方法。 DX-120 Ion-Chromatographic system was used to determine hydrogen fluoride in air in the progress of phosphate fertilizer production with the condition of a mixed solution of 3.5 mmol/L Na2CO3 and 1.0 mmol/L NaHCO3 as eluent, a velocity of flow at 1.2 mL/min, 25μL reagent, 2000 Psi instrument pressure and a temperature of 10-25℃. The detection limit was 10μg/L, the precision experiment result showed that the RSD were 2.54 %, 1.15 %, 2.07 %, 2.37 %, 1.98 % respectively when the hydrogen fluoride of consistency were 0.10, 0.50, 1.00, 1.50, 2.00 mg/L respectively. And the rates of recovery were 96.0 %-102.0 %. This method was proved to be accurate, simple, rapid and the disturbance of the other anion and chlorine ion can be avoided. It was also considered as an ideal method to determine the hydrogen chloride in the air.
