摘要
介绍了常温精脱硫技术和脱氢技术在CO2汽提法尿素生产中的运行效果。通过增设常温精脱硫装置不仅有效地保护了脱氢催化剂,而且降低了尿素设备的腐蚀;通过增加脱氢技术不仅提高了尿素转化率,更重要的是避免了形成爆炸性气体,同时减轻了低压系统的负担,起到了安全、节能的作用。
Run effects of ambient temperature fine desulfurization and dehydrogenation technology in the production of urea with CO2 stripping method were introduced. By extecting ambient temperature fine desulfurization devices not only effectively protected the dehydrogenation catalyst, but also decreased the corrosion of urea equipment. By extecting dehydrogenation technology not only improved the conversion rate in the urea convertor, and it was more important that avoided the formation of explosive gas and reduced the burden of the low pressure system and played a safe, energy-saving role.
