电刺激后颅窝治疗偏头痛的疗效观察

Observation of effect of electric stimulation to posterior fossa in treating migraine

目的:观察电刺激后颅窝对偏头痛的治疗效果。方法:对18例偏头痛患者采用经皮电刺激后颅窝方法进行治疗,观察治疗前后分别对患者的月头痛频率和头痛指数的变化。结果:治疗前的月头痛频率和头痛指数分别为3.89±2.30和39.83±23.38,电刺激治疗一疗程后的月头痛频率和头痛指数分别为2.89±1.94和28.98±16.68,其月头痛频率和头痛指数在治疗前后均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:电刺激后颅窝对偏头痛有较好的治疗效果。

Objective：To observe the effect of electric stimulation to posterior fossa in treating migraine. Methods：Using eleetrie stimulation to posterior fossa via skin to treat 18 patients with migraine,to observe the frequency of headache and the index of headache per month before and after treating. Results ：The results showed significant difference（P〈0.05） before and after the treatment in either the frequency of headache（3.89±2.30 vs 2.89±1.94） or the index of headache（39.83±23.38 vs 28.98±16.68）. Conclusion：Electric stimulation to posterior fossa has good therapeutic efficacy on migraine.
