儿科药品说明书之外的用法用药调查与分析

Survey and analysis of drug use beyond scope of package inserts in pediatrics of our hospital

目的:了解我院儿科说明书之外用药状况,促进临床合理用药。方法:参照相关药品说明书内容,对我院2008年8～10月门诊和住院处方8722份进行调查分析。结果:药品说明书之外用药处方976份,发生率为11.2%。表现形式为超适应证(6.1%)、超剂量(13.72%)、超低年龄(64.5%)、改变给药途径(15.5%)。主要药物为抗病毒药(34.7%)。结论:说明书之外用药在我院儿科较常见,符合循证医学,但存在风险,应引起临床重视。

Objective ：To probe into the situation of drug use beyond the scope of package inserts in pediatrics of our hospital and to promote clinical rational drag use. Methods： A total of 8722 prescriptions collected from the pediatric out-patient department of our hos- pital between August and October 2008 were analyzed in accordance with the contents of the related drug package inserts. Results：Of the total 8722 prescriptions, 976 （11.2%）involved drug use beyond the scope of package inserts,leading the list were prescriptions of in- fants,accounting for 42.6% of the total. The problems were such as age （64.5%） and indication （6.1%）.Conclusion：It is widespread for drug use beyond the package inserts in pediatrics, which conforms to evidence -based medicine.But it involves some risk and should be attached much importance in chnic
