阿胶补血口服液中黄芪甲苷含量的测定

Determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Ejiao Buxue Oral Solution by HPLC-ELSD

目的:建立测定中成药阿胶补血口服液中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法:采用HPLC-ELSD色谱法,色谱柱:HypercloneBDS柱(150×4.6mm,5μm);检测波长:286nm;流动相:乙腈-水(32:68);流速:1.0ml/min。结果:黄芪甲苷在0.525～5.25μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9997;平均回收率为99.04%,RSD=1.79%。结论:该法灵敏度高、专属性强、重现性好,并通过对数批样品含量进行考察,可作为制剂质量控制指标之一。

Objective：To establish a method for the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Ejiao Buxue Oral Solution.Methods：HPLC- ELSD was used to determine directly astragaloside Ⅳ in Ejiao Buxue Oral Solution on Hyperclone BDS column（150×4.6 ram,5 μm）;the examining wavelength：286 nm;using C2H3N-H20 （32： 68）as the mobile phase;the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Results：The linear range of astragaloside Ⅳ was 0.525-5.25μg,r=0.9997;the average recovery of the added sample was 99.04% and RSD=1.79%. Conclusion： The method has a high sensitivity, specificity and reproducibility.It can be used for the quality control of Ejiao Buxue Oral Solution.
