64例肱骨髁间骨折临床分析

Clinical analysis of comminuted humeral intercondylar fracture in 64 cases

目的:总结肱骨髁间粉碎骨折手术治疗的效果并对其疗效进行分析。方法:对64例不同类型肱骨髁间粉碎骨折患者采用手术治疗,平均随访34个月(14～64个月),采用3种不同的评分系统进行功能评价。结果:经鹰嘴入路、钢板固定技术适应证广、功能恢复满意。结论:经鹰嘴入路和钢板固定技术应作为肱骨髁间粉碎骨折的首选治疗方案,损伤的严重程度、手术方式的选择、术后功能锻炼的方法和患者的配合程度对术后功能恢复至关重要。

Objective ：To conclude the results of comminuted fractures of humeral intereondyle treated by operation. Methods： 64 eases with comminuted fractures of humeral intereondyle treated by operation with variable approaches and variable fixations were fol- lowed up for average 34.0 months （14-64 months）,functional results were evaluated with three rating systems.Results：The function re- sumption after trans oleeranon approach and platet＇lxation technique were satisfaetiary with broad indications. Conelusion：Transoleeranon approach with platefixation is recommended to be the best choice to treat comminuted fractures of humeral intereondyle.The severity of the initial trauma,operative scheme ,post operative functional training and patients cooperation are the most important elements for post operative functional recover.
