2～6岁在园儿童健康状况分析

Analysis of health condition of kindergarden kids aged 2～6 years in Zhenglou Town

目的:了解我镇2～6岁在园儿童健康状况,为今后儿童保健工作重点及制定相应措施提供依据。方法:比较我镇在园儿童贫血、视力低下、肥胖、龋齿和蛲虫感染的检出率。结果:2003年在园儿童贫血、视力低下、肥胖、龋齿和蛲虫感染的检出率分别为7.09%、4.60%、2.01%、38.45%、9.2%;2008年分别为1.41%、13.48%、5.88%、36.47%、3.04%。结论:我镇2～6岁在园儿童健康状况总体良好,贫血和蛲虫感染较5年前下降显著,但视力低下和肥胖发生有上升趋势,龋齿发生依然较高,值得重视。

Objective：To investigate the health condition of kindergarden kids aged 2～6 years in Zhenglou Town, so as to provide enough evidence for the main task and related measures of children＇s health care in the future. Methods：To compare the detection rates for anaemia, low vision, obesity, saprodontia and pinworm infection on the kindergarten kids in 2003 and 2008. Results ：The detection rates for anaemia,low vision,obesity, saprodontia and pinworm infection in 2003 were 7.09% ,4.66% ,2.01% ,38.45% and 9.2%.The detection rates for anaemia, low vision, obesity, saprodontia and pinworm infection in 2008 were 1.41% ,13.5% ,5.88% ,36.47% and 3.04%.Conclusion：The general health condition of 2-to-6-year--old kindergarten kids in Zhenglou Town was fine.The anaemia and pinworm infection rates dropped greatly compared with those of 5 years ago. However, the rates of low vision and obesity seemed to rise, and so was saprodontia, which should draw more attention.
