利用巴克豪森效应测量转向架焊接构架残余应力 被引量:7

摘要 随着列车速度的提高,高速客车转向架构架在焊接过程中产生的残余应力对焊接构架性能的影响日益突出,其后果可能造成构架开裂,危及行车安全。因此测定并掌握焊接残余应力在焊接构架中的分布规律十分必要。利用巴克豪森效应测量转向架焊接构架残余应力是有效的方法之一。本文分析了巴克豪森效应测量原理,研究了系统的测量方法,并对大量测量数据进行了统计分析,从而确定了构件的残余应力分布,并从工艺上提出了消除残余应力的对策。 The effect of residual stress resulted from the welding operation on the performance of welded bogie frame has been attracting more and more attention with the increasing of running speed of trains, as it could develop cracks on the frame and compromise the operational safety. It is therefore necessary to determine and understand the distribution rules of welding residual stress on the welded frame. Barkhausen effect is one of the effective methods used to measure the re- sidual stress. This paper presents the measuring principles with Barkhausen effect, analyzes the systematic measurement methods and makes a statistical analysis of a large amount of measuring data, so as to decide the distribution of residual stress in the frame and the countermeasures.
