纳米二氧化硅-丙烯酸树脂复合涂料的研制 被引量:21

摘要 本文合成了丙烯酸树脂,并选择合适的助剂、溶剂、填料,配制了丙烯酸树脂涂料.为提高涂层的硬度,抗冲击能力,耐磨性等机械性能,加入纳米二氧化硅.采用有机硅烷偶联剂KH-570对纳米二氧化硅进行了改性,解决了纳米粒子的团聚问题,提高了其在涂料中的分散性,制备成二氧化硅-丙烯酸树脂复合涂料.在此基础上使用环氧树脂对涂料进行改性,提高了涂料的交联度,降低了涂料的亲水性.采取合适的固化剂以及涂布工艺,制备成纳米涂层.使用动态光散射、透射电镜、红外光谱等方法对材料进行了表征,并按国家涂料性能检测标准对涂料进行了测试.研究结果表明,采用改性后的二氧化硅制备的涂料涂布的钢板表面细腻平整,具有较好的光洁度.加入适量环氧树脂、固化剂、防锈剂后的涂料涂布后各项机械性能良好,耐碱能力在5%氢氧化钠,25℃的情况下达到了6h以上,耐侯性通过了350h的盐雾测试,耐温水性在80℃下达到了10h以上,耐酸性在5%硫酸,25℃的情况下达到了24h. An acrylic resin based nano-complex coating was prepared hy mixing silica nanoparticles, acrylic resin and additives. To improve the stability and dispersity of silica in the coating, silane coupling agent (KH--570) was chosen to modify the surface of them. Different amount of epoxy resin were added into this coating to enhance the cross-linking degree and reduce the hydrophilicity of the coating. The chemical proeprties of this coating were ana- lized by several techniques, such as Dynamic light scattering (DLS), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and Infrared spectrum. It was shown that surface modified silica nanoparticles were dispersed homogeneously in the coating without aggregation. The surface of the steel plate which was covered by the coating, is smooth and finish. The coating has good mechanical performance and shows excellent anti-alkaline property, water resistance and anti corrosion property
