Two Theoretical Problems on the Combination of Modern Agricultural Development and Small-scale Farmer Economy

走中国特色农业现代化道路需要解决两大实践难题:如何实现小农制与现代农业的有效衔接,如何培育资本农业的生成机制,归结起来就是"钱从哪里来"和"人往哪里去"的问题。这里就涉及两个理论问题:如何认识现代小农制的历史地位,如何解决资本与劳动的矛盾对立。对19世纪末和20世纪初以来马克思主义经典作家的相关讨论的一番回顾性阐释,对于这两个理论问题的解决具有重要意义。

The agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics needs to solve two practical problems, i. e. , how to realize the combination of small-scale farmer economy and modern agriculture and how to foster the capital agriculture＇s working mechanism. Meanwhile, two theoretical problems are worth solving： how to know the historical position of small-scale farmer economy and how to solve the conflict between capital and labor. Furthermore, this paper has a retrospective explanation of the related works of the classical Marxist writers since the turn of the 20th century.
