摘要
研究了在碱性焊条药皮中加铝粉使焊缝金属脱硫的可能性。研究表明,在碱性焊条焊接条件下,铝粉具有较好的脱硫效果。
The possibility of desulfurization in the weld metal by adding aluminum powder into the coating of basic electrode was investigated. It was found that the aluminum in the covering fluxes of basic electrode has a good ability of desulfurization. The desulfurization behaviour is presented by the following reaction:2+4CaO+3=3CaS+CaO·Al_2O_3
