摘要
近年来微乳作为经皮吸收载体越来越受到重视,它能够增加亲脂性和亲水性药物的溶解性,促进药物的透皮吸收。文中探讨微乳处方中药物、油相、表面活性剂、助表面活性剂、水相和促渗剂等对经皮吸收的影响,旨在为采用微乳作为经皮吸收载体时的处方设计提供理论依据。
Mieroemulsion has been frequently employed over recent years as transdermal vehicles. The main advantages of mieroemulsion as vehicle for drug delivery are their high solubilization capacities for both hydrophilie and hydrophobic drugs. It can also enhance the cutaneous absorption of the drugs. The influence of pharmacy, oil phase, surfactant, cosurfaetant, water phase and penetrating agent in microemulsion vehicles on transdermal permeability is investigated to provide theory for performulation of mieroemulsion as a dermal drug delivery.
