综述了中低温(500~700℃)固体氧化物燃料电池陶瓷电解质的研究和发展动态。这些陶瓷电解质包括掺杂改性的CeO_2、Bi_2O_3和特种ABO_3型等陶瓷氧离子导体。
This paper summarized the research and development on the Ceramie
electrolytes used in intermediate temperature (500 - 700℃) SOFCs. These ceramic electrolytes could be based on doped CeO2、Bi2O3 and special ABO3 type perovskites with high oxide-ionic conductivity.
