摘要
以粤甜3号为材料研究了在不同浓度铝胁迫下甜玉米幼苗生长的变化及SOD酶的反应。结果表明:在铝胁迫下3 h甜玉米胚根伸长就受到抑制,胚根的相对伸长率随处理时间和处理浓度的增加而降低;株高、茎粗、单株生物量等在21 d表现出受到抑制,并且随铝处理浓度和时间的增加抑制程度加深;在第7 d和14 d,各处理SOD酶活性先增加后下降,而到21 d和28 d则SOD酶活性呈下降的趋势。
The influence of aluminum (Al) stress on the morphology and antioxidant enzymes of sweet corn seedling were studied in this paper. The result showed that Al stress inhibited the root elongation of sweet corn in 3h, the relative root elongation rate decreased with the increase of the treating time and treatment concentration. After 21d of exposure to A1, the inhibition of plant height,stem diameter and average biomass of sweet corn was observed, and with the increase of the treating time and treatment concentration,the inhibition level increased. The activities of antioxidant enzymes SOD (superoxide dismutase) of different treatments firstly increased, then decreased at 7 and 14 d in different treatments, but it always decreased at 21 and 28 d.
