摘要
针对自动光学检测(AO I)在电路板元器件检测中对图像拼接的实时性要求比较高的特点,提出了简化的仿射变换模型的快速图像拼接算法。该算法利用图像特征在尺度空间具有平移、旋转和仿射不变性,借助AO I系统高精度步进电机的控制快速找到最佳匹配点,建立图像的匹配关系。实验证明,该算法简单、快速、精度高,具有场景无关性、噪音容忍度高等优点,在AO I检测中具有很强的实用性。
In order to overcome the disadvantages of large computation and poor matching efficiency in image stitching, a fast image stitching algorithm based on simple affine transformation was proposed. According to the invariability of translation, rotation and affine transformation of image in the scale space, matching of characteristic points in overlapping areas and determination of the transformation between the images can be done rapidly by using the high accuracy step-motor for targets location of matching points. The simulation experiment shows that the new algorithm is simple, fast, accurate and of high performance in noise robust.
