摘要
小波变换是一种日益获得广泛应用的信号分析方法,已成为国际上非常活跃的研究领域.它在时域和频域同时具有良好的局域性,能够很好地反映出瞬态信号的特征,为诊断以非稳态信号为特征的机械故障提供了有效的分析手段.本文从应用的角度简述了小波变换的基本理论和算法,并给出了故障诊断的实例,证明了这种方法对故障诊断的有效性.
Wavelet transform, as a new method of signal processing, is creating a very active research field in both science and engineering. It possesses excellent local characteristics in time and frequency domain, so it can reflect the feature of transient signal quite well. As a result, it can provide effective means for diagnosing machinery faults, which usually generate nonstation-ary signals. In this article, the basic theory and algorithm of wavelet transform is briefly introduced and the examples of fault diagnosis via wavelet transform are presented, which confirms the validity of the method offered.
