摘要
变性梯度凝胶电泳技术是近年来研究微生物分子生态学的有利工具,因其具备可靠、简便、可重复等优势,被广泛应用于海洋微生物群落的多样性和动态性分析。文章综述了基于PCR的变性梯度凝胶电泳技术的基本原理、技术步骤、影响因素及其在海洋微生物群落多样性和动态性研究的应用现状。
For the past few years, denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) has been a well- established tool in studying molecular microbial ecology. It has the advantages of reliability, convenience, and repetition, and it has been widely used in marine environment to analyze the diversity and dynamics of microbe communities. This paper introduces the principles, technical processes and influence factors of PCR-DGGE and reviews its applications for the diversity and dynamics of microbe communities in marine environment.
