摘要
从社会对人才的需求出发,文章分析了知识与能力的关系,围绕着基于能力培养的合作式课堂教学模式的自主性、合作性、研讨性三个特点,详细阐述了集中讲授环节及合作研讨环节的具体实施方法。实践证明,合作式课堂教学模式有利于学生多方面能力的培养。
With the development of society demand of persons with ability, the relationship of knowledge and ability is analyzed in the paper. Based on three features of classroom teaching, that is, independence, cooperation and discussion, the implementation of centralized teaching and collaborative discussion is described in detail in the paper. It is proved that collaborative teaching and learning mode is better in capability cuhivation.
