印度药学人才培养趋势研究及启示

Trend of Phramacy Education in India and the Enlightenment to China

随着经济发展及大众生活水平的提高,对药学人才需求的数量与类型不断增长。该文通过对印度高等药学教育的现状、面临的形势、存在的问题和未来的发展趋势的研究,期望为中国药学高等教育改革及人才培养提供借鉴。

With the development of society and economy, as well as the improvement of people living levels, the demand of talents in pharmaceutical care is increasing. In this paper, the current state, the problems and the developing trend of pharmavy education in India are reviewed, which would give us a reference to the reforms of pharmacy education and the training model of pharmaceutical talents. China and India are similar as regarding to the population and economic state. Both countries are also facing the reform on pharmacy education. The review enlightens us that it is necessary to face the demand of market and reform the patterns of current pharmacy education, so as to cultivate more talents in pharmaceutical care to meet the increasing needs in the near future of China.
