摘要
以Ba(OH)2·8H2O和Pb(NO3)2为原料,以EDTA和柠檬酸为复合鳌合剂,采用溶胶-凝胶工艺制得BaPbO3薄膜研究了pH值、螯合剂用量对薄膜制备的影响以及薄膜的表面形态和成分发现薄膜的成分、致密度和错的价态都受热处理的影响膜厚0.1~0.4μm;薄膜的表面电阻率为150~500Ω/.
BaPbO3 thin film is prepared by means of sol-gel method. Ba(OH)2.8H2O and Ph(NO3)2 are used as raw materials. EDTA and Cit. are used as association complex. The influents of a quantity of pH-value and the complex on preparing process, surface state and components of the films are studied. It is found that the relation betWeen the components, volume density and chemical valence of Ph in the films and heat treatment is very obvious. The thickness and the sudece resistivity of the films are 0.1 ~ 0.4μm and 150 ~ 500Ω/.
