摘要
尿素一甲泵是尿素系统的关键设备,针对一甲泵变频器运行中存在的问题,对一甲泵变频器进行抗"晃电"改造:重点介绍一甲泵变频器直流电源支撑系统DC-BANK的工作原理、性能特点,工作模式、控制逻辑说明、DC-BANK主要设备选择、安装、调试等方面的内容。改造后一甲泵变频器运行更加稳定可靠,满足工艺要求。
Potissium ammonium pump in the first program segment which uses frequency control is a key device of urea system. In this paper, it refers the problems on frequency used in the pump, and we reform the voltage fluctuation of frequency. It mainly introduces the working principle, performance characteristics, working models, kontrol logic description and the mian device choices,istallation,debugging of DC-BANK of the DC power supply system called DC-BANK of potissium ammonium pump frequency. After the reformation, the frequency of potissium ammonium pump runs more stable and reliable meeting the program requirements.
