摘要
在工业现场中常因供电设备的单点故障问题引起设备的损坏,从而对生产带来损失。本设计引入了冗余技术,成功的解决了这个问题。论文是基于均分控制器LTC4357为核心构成的平台,阐述了N+1冗余方式,给出了基于LTC4357冗余电源的解决方案,并对冗余供电模块进行了必要的功能测试,讲述了直流稳压电源的工作原理,解决了EMC测试的浪涌环节中存在的问题。在工业现场中得到应用。
The single point failure of power supply often causes equipment damage in industrial field, and thus cause losses of production. This design introduce redundant technology, successfully solve this problem.Thesis is platform based on the LTC4357, gives the solutions of LTC4357-based redundant power supply, expounded the working principle of N +1 redundant mode and DC power supply. It has been applied in the industrial field.
