对西部民族地区出生性别比问题的调查与治理对策研究——以宁夏银川市金凤区为例

Research and Policy Strategy to Address the Imbalance in Sex Ratio at Birth in the Western Ethnic Regions： Findings fTom Jinfeng District in Yinchuan City, Ningxia

本文通过对宁夏银川市金凤区近几年来出生性别比升高问题的过程、特点、原因以及治理措施和成效的调查与分析，讨论了这一问题在西部民族地区演变的趋势和可能，分析了出生性别比失衡将会给欠发达的西部民族地区带来的影响和危害。在此基础上，阐明了民族地区预防和治理出生性别比升高问题的重要意义和对策措施。

This paper examines the causes and characteristics of the rising sex ratio at birth in Jinfeng District of the Yinchuan City, Jingxia as well as the effects of policy strategy to address the issue so as to predict the tendency of the growth of the ratio. It indicates possible impacts and problems this imbalance shall bring to the less developed areas in the western ethnic regions. It suggests the significance of developing policy strategies to address and prevent the further rise of the imbalance in sex ratio at birth.
