The Appraisal of New Rural Cooperatives Medical Service Alleviating Burden on the Peasant Household ——Based on Rural Household Data Surveyed in Sichuan

文章通过数据分析发现新农合在促进农民就医及减轻农民医疗费负担方面的经验以及存在的不足,并用实证分析来阐述农户因为报销门槛设置、报销过程的复杂等原因使农户从新农合得到补偿有限,减负作用不明显。

Paper reveals that the new rural cooperatives medical service（NRCMS） is imperfection to promote farmer to go see a doctor and to reduce the farmer＇s medical expenditure burden. This paper elaborated the peasant household with the empirical analysis and then discovered that the farmer got a little subsidy for the threshold, the complex procedures of subsidy and so on reasons, the alleviating burdens function of NRCMS was not obvious.
