摘要
随着城市化进程的加快,小城镇建设在快速发展的同时,存在着诸如过度开发、重复建设以及城镇蔓延式扩张造成城镇空间压力等问题。空间管制作为城镇建设中资源配置以及开发模式的有效控制手段,日益成为城镇总体规划中指导建设的重要内容。文章以小城镇总体规划中的空间管制内容为研究对象,从划定分区影响因素、空间属性分区、空间开发分区以及管制要求四个阶段出发,介绍并探讨空间管制分区方法,为小城镇制定空间管制策略提供相关的方法与思路。
As the development of the urbanization becomes faster and faster,in the meantime,there are many issues such as overexploitation,duplicated projects and pressure received from the town expansion. As an effective control way of resource allocation and developing mode in town construction,space control gradually becomes an important role in the master plan. This article deals with the space control of the master plan in small town,and also discusses the ways of space control partition from below four points： define interfering factors,partition of space attribute,partition of space development and control requests. It provides various ways of thoughts and methods for those small town space control strategy makers.
