摘要
以花生成熟胚的幼叶做外植体诱导体细胞胚发生.从外植体培养到子叶胚形成期间,可溶性蛋白浓度初期下降,以后相对稳定;过氧化物酶活性逐渐升高,过氧化物同工酶谱带由2条陆续增加到10条,球形胚形成以后同工酶谱带不再变化.
Somatic embryos are induced from leaflets of mature peanut(Arachis hypogaea L.) embryos.Biochemical study reveals that soluble protein concentration maintains a relatively steady level after an original decline while peroxidase activities increases gradually during the process of somatic embryogenesis.Peroxidase isozyme sprectrum increases both in the number of spectrum bands and in intensity during the early period of culture.The number of spectrum bands increases gradually from two of the 0day explants to ten of the globularstaged embryos,and thereafter the sprectrum remains the same until the cotyledonal embryo stage.
