为降低生产成本,提高经济效益,减少对包头市区的环境污染,包钢决定在白云鄂博铁矿建设年处理800万t原矿、生产300万t铁精矿的主东矿磁铁矿新选矿厂。从破碎工艺、阶段磨矿—阶段弱磁选工艺、弱磁选精矿的反浮选工艺3方面介绍了新选矿厂将采用的工艺流程方案。
To reduce the production cost, improve the economic benefit and reduce the pollution to the environment of Baotou urban area, BaoSteel decided to build a new Zhudongkuang magnetite concentrator of Bayan Obo Mine that is capable of treating annually 8 million t run-of-mine ore and producing 3 million t iron concentrate. The technical process plan for this new concentrator is described, including its crushing process, staged grinding-staged low intensity magnetic separation (LIMS) process and reverse flotation for the LIMS concentrate.
