Evaluation of Sustainable Development Policy of Resource-based City:With Huangshi City as the Study Case

重点说明了层次分析法和模糊综合分析法的主要内容和应用范围,并在此基础上建立层次分析-模糊综合分析法,并根据这种方法的要求,设计了资源型城市黄石可持续发展政策的指标体系,并对对黄石市2003—2006年可持续发展配套政策情况及其效果进行评价。

The paper highlights the main contents and application scope of analytic hierarchy process （AHP） and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation （FCE）, and based on this, establishes AHP-FCE method. According to its requirement, the index system of sustainable development policy of resource-based Huangshi City is designed and the 2003 - 2006 support policies for the sustainable development policies of Huangshi City and its effect are evaluated.
