摘要
贵州某铅锌矿选矿厂抛弃的尾矿中,铅锌矿物氧化程度高,粒度细,泥化严重,复杂难选。采用硫化矿优先混浮—混浮精矿锌硫分离—氧化铅矿硫化浮选的工艺流程处理该尾矿,获得了较好的试验指标,并在生产实践中使原本损失的铅、锌、硫矿物得到了有效的综合回收,其中氧化铅精矿的铅品位和铅回收率分别达48.56%和85.38%。
The tailings discarded by a certain lead-zinc concentrator in Guizhou are characterized by high oxidation of lead-zinc minerals, fine particle size, serious sliming and difficult dressing. A technical process consisting of preferentialbulk flotation of sulfide minerals, zinc-sulfur separation of bulk flotation concentrate and sulfuration-flotafion of oxidized lead minerals was adopted and gained good test indexes, and then used in production, which effectively and comprehensively recovered the lead, zinc and sulfur minerals that would have otherwise been lost, with the lead grade and recovery of oxidized lead concentrate being 48.56% and 85.38%.
