摘要 介绍了一种新颖反应型表面活性剂——蓖麻油酸甲酯硫酸铵的合成方法,突出介绍了氨基磺酸作为硫酸化剂的优点,详细讨论了各种因素的影响,得出了最佳工艺条件:配比为蓖麻油酸甲酯:氨基磺酸:催化剂(CAF03)=1.00∶1.05∶0.80,反应时间3h,反应温度120~130℃. The method of preparation of a new reactive surfactant-ammonium methyl ricinoleic acid sulfate were discussed. The advantages of use of sulfamic acid as a sulfating agent were emphasized. The factors affecting synthesis were in detail studied and the optimum conditions were obtained; the molar ratio of methyl ricinoleic acid to sulfamic acid to catalysis(CAF03) was 1: 1. 05:0. 8,the reaction time was 3h,and the tempera ture was 120~130℃.
