摘要
依据厦门海底隧道A2标和青岛海底隧道第三施工合同段的施工实践,通过对地质情况、施工方法、机械设备配套、不良地质地段处理、安全控制等方面的分析,提出了在海底隧道施工中应着重解决的一些主要矛盾与问题,特别是不良地质地段的四项配套技术,即综合超前地质预报、CRD开挖工法、止水注浆措施、监控量测,以及安全控制措施等是保证海底隧道快速施工的关键。
Based on the construction practices of the third contract lot of Qingdao subsea tunnel and the A2 tender lot of Xiamen subsea tunnel, this paper presents some key issues for the rapid construction of subsea tunnel projects through analyzing geological conditions, construction methods, mechanical equipment support, adverse geology handling and security control. In particular, four associated techniques are the key to the rapid construction of subsea tunnels: comprehensive advance geological prediction, CRD excavation method, water-stoping grouting, monitoring together with security control.
