摘要
广西喀斯特地区面积大，生态环境脆弱，经济发展水平低，严重的洪涝灾害在一定程度上阻碍了经济的发展。本文在分析广西喀斯特地区洪涝灾害特点的基础上，提出了以非工程措施为主的防治措施。
Karst area covers large territory in Guangxi,with a feature of weak ecological environment and low economic development.Serious flood and waterlogging disaster affect to a great extent the economic development.In this paper,the author analyses the characteristic of flood and waterlogging in these area and advances prevention measures.
