摘要
装备采购具有高风险的特点,科学、准确的风险评价对装备采购至关重要。传统的评价方法主观因素太强,而BP神经网络模型为装备采购风险评价开辟了新途径。首先介绍了人工神经网络模型的原理和BP算法,然后结合实例给出了用于装备采购风险评价的BP神经网络模型,采用该模型获得结果令人满意。
The equipment acquisition is characterized by high risks, so an accurate, comprehensive and scientific risk evaluation model is of great important to equipment acquisition. The traditional evaluation is too subjective, whereas the BP neural network model provides a fresh promising evaluation for equipment acquisition. In this paper, the author, first of all, introduces the principle of the artificial neural network and the patterns of BP, and then exhibits the model which is applied in the risk evaluation'of equipment acquisition, which shows a satisfactory results.
