5.12汶川特大地震的发生,使得灾区房地产企业的前景黯淡。2007年美国次贷危机的发生导致了全球金融危机的迅速蔓延,对于灾区房地产企业来说更是雪上加霜。为了应对国际金融危机,分析了房地产行业面临的现状,提出了政府应采取6种措施来帮助房地产企业及早摆脱金融危机的影响。同时,作为房地产企业本身,分析了应该采取的6种措施,提出了灾区房地产企业应对国际金融危机的相应措施。

The prospect of the real estate enterprises in disaster area was dim because of the occurrence of the great Wenchuan earthquake in May 12th. The loan crisis in the United States in 2007 led to the spread of the whole world financial crisis, which made worse for real estate enterprises in disaster area. In order to deal with the international financial crisis, current situation of the real estate industry were analyzed. Six measures were proposed for government to help real estate enterprises to get rid of the effect of international financial crisis. At the same time, six measures were analyzed that real estate enterprises themselves should adopt. The corresponding measures were put forward for real estate enterprises to deal with the crisis.
