血管迷走性晕厥患者近亲间的相关性分析

Analysis of the correlation between vasovagal syncope patient and their relatives

目的探讨血管迷走性晕厥（VVS）患者的临床表现及直立倾斜试验（HuTT）在近亲之间的相关性，深化对VVS家族遗传特性的认识。方法对2001-01～2008—11中南大学湘雅二医院晕厥专科门诊就诊或住院的不明原因晕厥或晕厥先兆患者及有家族史（近亲中有相同或相似症状）的近亲（共9组18例）详细询问病史并进行HUTT。结果3组受试者HUTT均为阳性。3组HUTT均为阴性的受试者中，有2组存在相同的晕厥诱因。结论VVS存在家族遗传倾向，HUTT在VVS家族近亲间有一定相关性，了解近亲间心理因素对VVS患者的影响将有助于临床诊断与治疗。

Objective To discuss the correlation of clinical symptom and haemodynamic response to head - up tilt table test （HUTT） between vasovagal syncope （ VVS ） patients and their relatives in order to further know about familial hereditary features in the patients with VVS. Methods Undergoing HUTT, 18 patients from 9 families were inquired family history. Results 3 families had symptoms in response to HUTT in association with a range of haemodynamic responses. Same motivation were acquired in 2 of 3 HUTT negative families. Conclusions There is a hereditary tendency for VVS. Haemodynamic response to HUTT between vasovagal syncope （VVS） patient and their relatives are correlated to a certain exent. To know the psychological factor of VVS would be of instructive significance to the diagnosis and treatment of VVS in clinic.
