关于在我国开展航空医疗救护的可行性研究

Feasibility study of aeromedical rescue in our country

航空医疗救护是借助航空器，主要是飞机开展医疗救援及病员运输的过程，是航空应急救援和紧急医疗救援的重要组成及方式，也是院前急救体系运行的重要手段。虽然航空医疗救护在发达国家已广泛应用，但在我国还几乎是空白。作者多年来潜心航空医疗救护研究，就此问题从发展沿革、需求分析、承受能力、机型选择、有关问题、政策支持、运行方式、发展预测等多方面进行系统论述。

Aeromedical rescue mainly applies airplane to carry medical rescue and the transportation of patients into effect, which is not only the important component parts of aeromedical emergency rescue and emergency medical rescue but also the essential means of prehospital emergency medical service system. Although the aeromedical rescue were used widely in the developed country, none was used in our country. According to the many years study on aeromedical rescue, the author discusses on the problems including the types of airplane, policy, the ability of bearing, necessity and so on.
