摘要
以毛菜籽油为原料,研究在KOH催化作用下与工业甲醇进行酯交换反应制备生物柴油的工艺。实验结果表明,该反应的最佳工艺条件为:醇油摩尔比6∶l,催化剂用量为原料油质量的1.0%,反应温度60℃,反应时间60 min;在此条件下原料转化率为94.3%。采用气相色谱/质谱联用仪进行生物柴油组分分析,其产品纯度高达98.5%。
The technology for biodiesel production from raw rapeseed oil and methanol was studied. The transesterification of fatty acid in the raw rapeseed oil and methanol was catalyzed by KOH. The results show that the optimum reaction conditions for biodiesel production were as following; the molar ratio of methanol to oil of 6:1, catalyst KOH equal to 1.0% of raw rapeseed oil, reaction temperature at 60℃ and running for 60 min . The conversion of raw rapeseed oil to biodiesel reached 94.3%, the purity of biodiesel was up to 98.5 %.
