摘要 提出了基于能量的氨基酸网络加权方式。基于该加权氨基酸网络模型,构建了新的对接打分函数。采用该打分函数对20个体系的非结合态对接采样结果进行打分排序,并与RP打分函数结果进行比较。通过分析发现,基于氨基酸网络的打分函数,在一些指标上的结果优于RP打分函数。该工作为进一步应用复杂网络的方法研究蛋白质结构-功能关系奠定了基础。 A method for constructing weighted amino acid network is proposed in this paper. Based on the weighted amino acid network model, a new scoring function is constructed. The unbounded docking results of 20 systems are ranked using this new scoring function. Through the comparison between these scoring results and those of RP scoring function, it is found that this new scoring function has a more powerful distinguishing ability than RP scoring function, and it is more suitable for soft docking. This work is helpful for the studies of the relationship between structure and function using complex network theory.
