摘要 简述了化学复合镀的原理,选用Ni-p合金为主体金属,Cr_2O_3微粒为分散相,对Ni-P-Cr_2O_3化学复合镀进行了较为系统的研究,得出了最佳的镀覆条件,并确定了影响因素的主次关系,文章认为酸性化学Ni-P-Cr_2O_3复合镀镀层沉积速度受pH值的影响最大,而受亚磷酸钠浓度的影响最小镀层经400℃热处理后硬度可达Hv1249且有很好的耐蚀性;而主体金属化学镀层硬度仅为Hv900~1000,耐蚀性也不如前者。 A mechanism of electroless composite plating is introduced in briet. by using N1-P alloy as a base material and Cr_2O_3 as a disperse phase, an electroless composite plating of Ni-P-Cr_2O_3 is investigated systematically. and the best condition for plating is determined. All factors affecting the deposition rate of Ni-P-Cr_2O_3 plating are analysed to differentiate what is primary from what is secondary. Among them. the pH value of plating solution is the most important and the concentration of N_αH_2PO_2 is the least important. Being heat-treated at 400℃. the layer resulted from composite plating has a hardness (Hv1249) and corrosion-resistance higher than the Ni-P plating layer.
