摘要
介绍了应用当今比较先进的STD BUS系列模板所组成的工业控制机作为智能部件改造普通机床的方法,并结合C620-1 B普通车床列举了系统的工作原理、硬件接口功能设计和车床专用控制软件的设计。文中给出了部分功能程序和零件加工程序。其中,零件加工程序采用ISO标准数控代码编写、因而便于推广应用;此外,还给出了一个具体零件加工的实例以及零件加工程序的编制方法。
A method for remaking out-fashioned machine tools by using industrial control computer assembled with advanced STD BUS series modularity boards as an intelligent part is introduced in this paper. The operating principle of a computer-controlled system is described and, in conjunction with engine lathe C620-1B, the hardware interface and the special control software are designed. Some functional simulators and a part program for machining are worked out. The program composed of the ISO's digital control code is easy to be applied. Besides, an example of machinning representative part is given along with composing the program.
