摘要
为了解不同烟区的烤烟质量差异,分析比较了湖南江华、安徽宣城和贵州余庆等产区的烤烟化学成分。结果表明,3个烟区烤烟化学成分含量存在着显著差异,江华烟叶较高的巨豆三烯酮含量,余庆烟叶较高的苯甲醇和苯乙醇含量,以及皖南烟叶较高的总糖、还原糖、糠醛和大马烯酮含量是其有别于其它产区烤烟的特点之一。相似性和主成分分析结果,宣城和余庆烟叶化学成分相对较为接近,而江华与宣城烟叶的差异相对较大。
In order to find out the quality differences between flue-cured tobacco from different areas, the chemical components in flue-cured tobacco from Jianghua in Hunan, Xuancheng in Anhui and Yuqing in Guizhou were analyzed and compared. The results indicated that the chemical compositions in flue-cured tobacco from different areas were significantly different; the megastigmatrienone content in tobacco from Jiang- hua, contents of benzyl alcohol and phenylethyl alcohol in tobacco from Yuqing, and contents of total sugar, reduced sugar, furfural and damaseenone in tobacco from Xuancheng were relatively higher than and distinct from the others. Moreover, the results of similarity and principal component analyses showed that the chemical compositions in tobacco from Xuancheng and Yuqing were relatively similar, while those in tobacco from Xuaneheng and Jianghua differed a lot.
