实验性脑出血大鼠出血灶周组织环氧合酶-2的表达

摘要 目的探讨实验性大鼠脑出血后出血灶周脑组织环氧合酶-2(COX-2)的表达及其意义。方法采用自体注血法制作脑出血模型,免疫组织化学染色检测脑出血后不同时间点出血灶周组织COX-2表达。结果正常对照组及出血对侧组脑组织几乎无COX-2表达,在脑出血灶周的脑组织可见COX-2阳性细胞,COX-2阳性细胞数于出血后3h开始增多,出血48h达高峰。结论脑出血后早期血肿灶周组织COX-2表达随出血时间延长而增高。 Objective To investigate the expression of Cyelooxygenase - 2( COX - 2) in rats after eerebral hemorrhage. Methods The rat model of cerebral hemorrhage was established by injecting blood of itself. Pathological changes were observed, and immnnohistochemical methods were used to examine the expression of COX -2 in rat brain. Results There was significant difference between the hemorrhage group and the sham group( P 〈 0.01). The amount of COX - 2 positive cells markdly increased at 3 h after hemorrhage, reaching its peak at 48 h. The COX -2 positive staining occurred in the neurons, around hemorrhage. Conclusion The induction of COX -2 protein is evident in neurons around hemorrhage site.
